Before initiating a return, we invite you to understand how Gray & Green products are made.

 

All our pieces are handcrafted by traditional artisans in rural India. Each product is unique, and slight variations in weave, print, colour tone, or stitch are a natural hallmark of handloom craftsmanship, not a defect.

 

Handloom, by its very nature, celebrates beautiful irregularity.

 

That said, we stand firmly behind the quality of our products. Please read the policy below carefully before initiating a return or exchange.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE WINDOW

• Returns and exchanges are accepted only within 7 days of delivery.

• Requests initiated beyond this period will not be eligible.

 

QUALITY & DAMAGED PRODUCTS

• Every Gray & Green product goes through multiple quality checks before dispatch.

• Receiving a damaged or defective product is extremely rare.

• In such cases, returns or replacements are accepted only if initiated within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear images.

 

RETURNS (CHANGE OF MIND / NOT LIKED)

• Returns can be initiated only via the “Return” button on our website.

• Once the product is received and quality-checked with tags intact, the product value will be issued as Gray & Green Store Credit.

• A flat ₹200 return charge applies for reverse pickup.

• No charge applies if the customer ships the product back themselves.

• Store credit has no expiry.

• Return processing may take 15–20 days from initiation.

 

SIZE EXCHANGE

• Exchanges can be initiated only via the “Exchange” button.

• Exchanges are permitted only within the same article, colour, and design.

• Exchange with a different product or design is not allowed.

• As detailed size charts are provided, size selection is the customer’s responsibility.

• A flat ₹200 exchange charge applies for reverse pickup and reshipping.

• No exchange charge applies if the customer self-ships the return.

• Exchanged items are dispatched only after the returned product is received and passes quality inspection with tags intact.

• Exchanges may take up to 25 days for completion and new delivery.

• A product exchanged once cannot be exchanged again.

 

PRODUCT ELIGIBILITY & INSPECTION

• Returns or exchanges will be rejected if tags are removed, damaged, or missing.

• Store credit or exchange will be processed only after physical inspection and approval.

• Gray & Green reserves the right to inspect every returned product before approval.

 

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

• Customers may choose self-shipping or reverse pickup (where available).

• Reverse pickup charges apply as mentioned above.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable, except where Gray & Green has shipped an incorrect item.

 

REFUNDS & STORE CREDIT

• All refunds are issued as Store Credit only.

• Cash refunds are not available.

• For COD orders, refunds are issued only as store credit.

 

RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONLY IN THESE CASES

• Genuine quality issues (reported within 48 hours).

• Genuine sizing issues for unused products with tags intact.

• Wrong product, colour, or size shipped by Gray & Green.

• Packages lost in transit.

• Customer dissatisfaction after returning the unused product.

 

RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN THESE CASES

• Minor colour, print, or weave variations inherent to handloom.

• Sale or discounted products.

• Products where fall & pico has been done.

• Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by customer.

• Three failed delivery attempts by courier.

• Refused deliveries.

• Used, worn, washed, or damaged products.

• Missing or broken tags.

 

FINAL NOTE

Refunds or store credits will be processed only after the returned product is received and approved, except in cases where the shipment is officially declared lost in transit.
