Where is my order processed from?

Orders are processed from our warehouse in Jodhpur, India. You have the option to order it online and have it shipped to you.

Orders will be delivered to the shipping address you submit at checkout.

Can you cancel my order?

Sale Products - Please note that sale items are not eligible for cancellations, returns, refunds or exchanges

Non Sale Products - Order's can be cancelled (whole/partially) only before they are dispatched. Once the order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and our regular return/exchange policies will be applicable.

Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?

Sale Products - Once the order is placed, the shipping address cannot be modified.

Non sale products - Yes, your shipping address can be modified before the order is invoiced/dispatched. Once invoiced/dispatched, no changes can be made to the address.

Can I modify the products (size/fit/colour) in my order after it has been placed?

No, unfortunately, we are unable to modify the products (size/fit/colour) once an order is placed.

When will the sale end?

Unfortunately, we don't have an end date set in stone. It's a direct function of the inventory or the occasion.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

How do I return an item?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Not the perfect fit? Just let us know—we’re happy to help!

What is your return policy?

We're happy to accept returns of unused items in their original condition (unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached) within 15 days of delivery for store credit only.

We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labor that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfillment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. 

The credit note is valid for a year from the date of issue and can be redeemed online or at our stores.
