Before you return a Gray and Green Store product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural India, resulting in each product being unique & slightly different from each other.

Let's not think of an irregular weave/print/a stitch as a defect. Hand-loom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

In spite of these variables, at Gray and Green Store we stand behind the quality of our products and we will replace the product free of cost if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason. Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.

We invest a lot of attention in the making of each Gray and Green piece. If for some reasons, you are unsure of the size or we have missed a spot and you would like to exchange, you must inform us within 2 days of delivery of the product. Please send us an email to info@grayandgreens.com with order number and attach an image of the piece purchased, someone from our customer care team will contact you and will guide you through the process of returning or exchanging. They may request for further information/photographs to assess your return request, please do assist. If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be exchanged the second time.

The cost for shipping the product back to us is to be borne by you.

Gray and Green reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the product before processing any returns or exchanges.

Note:

Sale products are not eligible for returns.

No exchange or returns. Once fall and pico is done on a saree.

 

Claiming Refunds

 

The cost of returned piece will be refunded in your bank account for online paid orders. So while returning you have to provide us the details we ask to complete the process.

However, shipping charges would not be refunded except where Gray and Green Store has erroneously sent you a wrong item / color / size.

For COD (Cash on Delivery) Transactions:

  • Refunds can only happen via E-Voucher/Credit coupon.

  • Cash Refunds are not allowed for COD orders since we cannot get deliver cash through couriers.

  • Customer can also place a request for a reverse pick up in case reverse pick up service is available through our couriers.

Refunds will only be done in the following cases:

  • Genuine sizing issues, only for unused garments with tags. Please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.

  • Genuine quality issues.

  • Packages lost in transit.

  • In case Gray and Green Store discovers any mispricing in its online catalogue and the price charged to you is higher than the actual price.

  • In case Gray and Green Store discovers that a wrong item has been shipped to you.

  • In case the customer is not happy with the purchase and has returned the item/items to the address mentioned above. 

No refunds will be given in the following cases:

  • In case of minor design and color variations. With hand-loom products there will always be some variation between products.

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.

  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.

  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.

  • Package refused by recipient.

  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.

Note: Refunds will only be made after we have received the returned shipment except if the package has been lost in transit.
